How to Personalize: You must select the Personalization option when placing your order and enter the ONE name you would like printed on the cover in the personalization box. Please include any title you would like used, such as Mr., Ms., Mrs., or Dr.
Personalization must be selected and submitted at the time of purchase. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to add personalization or make changes to the name provided.
Please double-check your personalization before submitting your order. Your book will be printed using the name, spelling, capitalization, and title exactly as you provide it.
Personalization applies to the cover only. The name will not be changed or added throughout the inside pages of the book.
Because personalized books are made especially for you, personalized orders are non-refundable. If an error is made based on the information submitted with your order, a corrected book can be reprinted at your expense, and additional shipping charges will apply. If the error was made on our end, we will gladly correct it at no additional cost.

I purchased a digital product can I resell it or reuse it for my own products?
No. All digital products are for personal use only. They may not be resold, shared, altered for resale, or used in products you intend to sell or distribute.
Doing so violates the terms of service you agreed to at the time of purchase.

I didn’t receive my digital download. What should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, email us at info@BriannaLaren.com with your order number, and we’ll resend your download link.
Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer size exchanges. All apparel is made to order through a print-on-demand service. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order and feel free to email info@BriannaLaren.com if you have any sizing questions prior to purchase.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us at info@BriannaLaren.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on physical or digital products. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us at info@BriannaLaren.comand we’ll do our best to help.
Can I get a refund for a digital product?
No. Due to the nature of digital items, all digital product sales are final. If you're having trouble accessing your download, we’ll be happy to help just email info@BriannaLaren.com.
I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@BriannaLaren.com. We may be able to update it if your order has not yet gone into production. However, once an order has been submitted to production, we’re unable to make changes.
When will my order ship?
Most items ship within 7–10 business days.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether we can accommodate your timeline.
