I didn’t receive my digital download. What should I do?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If it’s not there, email us at info@BriannaLaren.com with your order number, and we’ll resend your download link.


Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer size exchanges. All apparel is made to order through a print-on-demand service. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order and feel free to email info@BriannaLaren.com if you have any sizing questions prior to purchase.


Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on physical or digital products. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us at info@BriannaLaren.com and we’ll do our best to help.


What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us at info@BriannaLaren.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.


When will my order ship?

Most items ship within 7–10 business days.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether we can accommodate your timeline.

Please note: Shipping times may be longer during peak holiday seasons or periods of high volume.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Can I get a refund for a digital product?

No. Due to the nature of digital items, all digital product sales are final. If you're having trouble accessing your download, we’ll be happy to help—just email info@BriannaLaren.com.


I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@BriannaLaren.com. We may be able to update it if your order has not yet gone into production. However, once an order has been submitted to production, we’re unable to make changes.


My digital product says the download limit has been reached. Why?

Each digital download link is valid for one download only to help protect the content. If you clicked the link but didn’t save the file or if you accidentally opened it and lost access please email info@BriannaLaren.com with your order number, and we’ll be happy to resend your link.


I purchased a digital product can I resell it or reuse it for my own products?

No. All digital products are for personal use only. They may not be resold, shared, altered for resale, or used in products you intend to sell or distribute.
Doing so violates the terms of service you agreed to at the time of purchase.
