Items may be created and shipped by different production partners. If you purchase additional books, apparel, accessories, or other products, your order may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking information.
Is the book signed?
No. These books are printed and shipped directly from the production partner, so they are not signed.

I purchased a digital product can I resell it or reuse it for my own products?
No. All digital products are for personal use only. They may not be resold, shared, altered for resale, or used in products you intend to sell or distribute.

Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer size exchanges. All apparel is made to order through a print-on-demand service. Please refer to the size chart before placing your order and feel free to email info@BriannaLaren.com if you have any sizing questions prior to purchase.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us at info@BriannaLaren.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on physical or digital products. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us at info@BriannaLaren.comand we’ll do our best to help.
Can I get a refund for a digital product?
No. Due to the nature of digital items, all digital product sales are final. If you're having trouble accessing your download, we’ll be happy to help just email info@BriannaLaren.com.
I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@BriannaLaren.com. We may be able to update it if your order has not yet gone into production. However, once an order has been submitted to production, we’re unable to make changes.
