This Digital Download Artwork License ("License") is a legal agreement between Brianna Laren ("Artist") and the individual or entity ("Licensee") who has purchased the digital artwork ("Artwork") for personal use. By downloading or using the Artwork, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this License.

Grant of License:

1. Personal Use Only: grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Allowed Usage: The Licensee may use the Artwork to create prints for personal display, gifting, or decoration.

Prohibited Usage:

1. No Resale: The Licensee may not resell the prints of the Artwork, either individually or as part of a collection, for any form of compensation or profit.

2. No Commercial or Business Use: The Artwork may not be used for any commercial or business purposes, including but not limited to advertising, promotions, or resale of products.

3. No Redistribution of Digital Files: The Licensee may not redistribute, share, or sell the digital files of the Artwork in any form, including but not limited to sharing on social media, websites, or file-sharing platforms.

4. No Creation of Derivative Products: The Licensee may not use the Artwork to create derivative works, products, or merchandise for sale or distribution.

Intellectual Property:

1. The Licensee may not claim ownership of the Artwork by virtue of this License.

Termination:

1. This License is effective upon download of the Artwork and shall remain in effect unless terminated.

2. The Artist reserves the right to terminate this License if the Licensee breaches any of the terms outlined herein.
