Black Mental Health Professionals Feature

Terms & Expectations

Thank you for being part of the Black Mental Health Professionals Feature! 🖤

I’m excited to highlight the important work you do and help create more visibility for Black therapists, counselors, and mental health professionals within our community.

Please review the following before completing your payment:

1. Feature Details

Your profile will be included in a curated carousel spotlight shared on my Instagram page.

A carousel post is a single Instagram post that includes multiple slides. Each professional will receive one dedicated slide within that post (not a dedicated individual post).

Your slide may include:

  • Your name
  • Credentials/title
  • City/state
  • Area(s) of focus/specialty
  • Professional photo/headshot
  • Instagram handle

If you selected an upgraded option, your website or booking link may also be shared through the included promotional opportunities based on your selected package.

2. Scheduling & Posting

Features are grouped and scheduled at my discretion to ensure the best presentation, timing, and flow. Because of this, I do not provide exact posting dates or timelines.

Please refrain from sending multiple follow-up emails or messages asking when your feature will be posted.

If your feature and payment have submitted, you will be featured. 🖤

3. Materials & Accuracy

You are responsible for submitting accurate information, including:

  • A clear, high-quality professional photo/headshot
  • Correct name and credentials
  • Correct Instagram handle
  • Website/booking link (if included in your package)
  • Any additional information requested for your feature

Please double-check all information before submitting. Your feature will be created using the information you provide.

4. Professional Information

To maintain the integrity of this resource, please submit accurate credentials, titles, and professional information.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided about your services, licensing, practice, and areas of expertise is current and accurate.

5. Edits & Changes

Once the post is live, no edits or changes will be made unless there is an error on my end.

Please carefully review all submitted information before completing your form.

6. Visibility Disclaimer

This feature is designed to provide visibility and increase awareness of Black mental health professionals.

Participation does not guarantee new clients, bookings, followers, referrals, or business results.

7. Refund Policy

All payments are final. Due to the time involved with reviewing submissions, designing features, organizing content, and scheduling posts, refunds will not be issued.

8. Content & Presentation

I reserve the right to curate, design, and present all features in a way that aligns with my brand, audience, and the overall purpose of this series.

Your information will not be altered, but the final creative layout and presentation style will be determined by Brianna Laren.

9. Communication

All important updates will be communicated via email.

Please allow time for responses, as I may be working through multiple features, products, and community projects.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms listed above.
