The rules for the contest are listed. WHEN YOU PURCHASE A COPY OF BLACK BOYS DESERVE FLOWERS TOO, YOU WILL BE ENTERED TO WIN A JERSEY SIGNED BY NY GIANTS HALL OF FAMER LAWRENCE TAYLOR PURCHASE MUST BE MADE THROUGH BRIANNALAREN.COM BEFORE 11:59 PM EST ON NOVEMBER 19, 2023 THE WINNER WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA THE EMAIL USED ON THE ORDER

Terms & Conditions

 

  • Eligibility: The contest is open to legal residents of the United States, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Brianna Laren and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the contest.

  • Contest Period: The contest begins on October 12, 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on November 19, 2023. 

  • Entry Method: To enter the contest, participants must purchase a copy of the book "Black Boys Deserve Flowers Too" from Brianna Laren's website, accessible at briannalaren.com, during the contest period. Pre-order purchases are also given an entry. 

  • Entry Restrictions: Participants are limited to one entry per purchase of the book during the contest period. 

  • Prize Description: One winner will be selected at random to receive a jersey signed by Lawrence Taylor. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash. The jersey's specifics and condition may vary depending on availability.

  • Winner Selection: The winner will be selected through a random drawing among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted within seven (7) business days after the end of the contest period.

  • Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via the email address provided during the purchase of the book. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

  • Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner grants Brianna Laren the right to use their name, likeness, and any submitted photographs for promotional purposes without further compensation or notice.

  • Privacy: Any personal information provided during the contest will be used in accordance with Brianna Laren's Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties.

  • General Conditions: Brianna Laren reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest in case of any fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond its control that affect the integrity of the contest.

  • Governing Law: The contest is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
